For private transfers: The exact address details (street name, number, postcode) of your accommodation will be requested at a later stage while making your booking. For shuttle services: While making your booking you'll be asked to select your hotel from a drop-down list which shows all the hotels which we can take you to. We only provide shuttle services to the hotels/apartments shown on that list. If you cannot find your hotel on the drop-down list, you can always book a private door-to-door transfer so that the driver can take you directly to your accommodation.
You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking online by accessing the ''My Booking'' panel on our website. Transfer service cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice are refunded in full. No refund is paid for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the transfer time. If you are not entitled to a refund, you will always receive an email with a cancellation note attached which you may be able to use to claim the expenses back from your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance provider.
For private transfers from an airport, you will be picked up from the arrivals hall, unless indicated otherwise in the booking voucher.
For private transfers from an accommodation, you will be picked up from the accommodation's reception or outside the hotel/villa/building.
For private transfers from or to a port or train station we will provide a specific meeting point which will be shown on your booking voucher.
For shared transfers, the pick up and the drop off point is shown in your booking voucher.
Your luggage entitlement is therefore defined by the size of vehicle you book. For example, a 4 seater taxi has space for 4 medium sized suitcases, as well as 4 small hand luggage items. An 8 seater minivan has double the luggage capacity.
If you wish to bring any extra items, you will be able to select these whilst completing the booking.
If you are in any doubt as to whether your luggage will fit in the vehicle, we strongly recommend you to upgrade to a larger one in order to ensure that you have a comfortable and stress-free journey.
For most vehicles, child seats can be added while making your booking. The cost of the child seats differs from airport to airport and these are outlined on our website.
Our booster seats are suitable for children weighing 15-36 kilos (approx. 4-12 years) while baby seats are suitable for toddlers weighing 9-18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years).
If you require a child seat for a baby under 9 months, you would need to bring your own, as we only offer front-facing child seats for babies over 9 months old.
You can make most of the changes to your booking through the "My Booking" panel on our website, as long as it's at least 24 hours before your transfer and the changes do not incur extra charges. Under "My Booking" you will be able to change the:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Lead passenger name
- Airline, flight number and originating airport
- Accommodation name and address
From this page, you can also add free extras, view, download and print your voucher as well as cancel your booking.

For transfers from the airport, you should proceed to the arrivals hall or to the meeting point specified on your booking voucher, where your driver or a representative will be waiting for you with a sign or a tablet showing the lead passenger's name or the "55 BYCOACH TRAVEL" logo.
For transfers from a port or train station, we will always pick you up at the nearest meeting point available. We will communicate your exact meeting point on the pickup instructions of your booking voucher.
For transfers from your accommodation, the driver will wait for you at the reception or outside the building.
Flight delays: If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer due to lack of available vehicles, you will be refunded in full for the affected transfer.
Train delays: If you have booked a transfer from a train station, the driver will wait for 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time indicated on your booking voucher. Train delays aren't monitored.
Ship delays: If your ship is delayed, please contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time indicated on your booking voucher. We will try to reschedule your transfer or refund you in full for the unused service. The driver will wait for 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
No, you do not need to confirm your booking if you have already received an email with your booking reference and confirmation. There is also no need to reconfirm your return transfer, unless we ask you to do so.
