The exhibition brings together 170 pieces consisting of Pablo Picasso's engravings, drawings, posters, lithographs and photographs, all original and approved by his heirs. Pablo Picasso began his artistic journey at a young age and sold his first important works to nuns. He came to Paris in 1900 and began working in a workshop called "Bateau-Lavoir" in Montmartre, where he met important artists and art dealers. During this period, Picasso met Fernande Olivier and had an affair with her, and this relationship was reflected in his art. Picasso's life was full of passionate relationships with many different women. One of these relationships was with Eva Gouel, which showed the influence of Cubism in his art. Later relationships with Marie-Thérèse Walter and Dora Maar deeply influenced his art and personal life. Throughout his life, Picasso constantly reshaped his art and played leading roles in various artistic movements. The artist, who chose to remain in Paris during World War II, created important works such as Guernica during this period. Later in his life, his relationship with Françoise Gilot and the children born from this relationship marked a new period in both the artist's personal and artistic life. During this period, he continued to work intensively in his studio near the Seine River and joined the French Communist Party. Picasso spent the last years of his life with Jacqueline Roque, and died in 1973. After his death, his family experienced long legal battles over his inheritance. This summary provides an overview of the complex relationship between Picasso's art and personal life, his artistic evolution and the important periods of his life.
