Yildiz Palace Opened

The restoration, which took 6 years, was completed (july 2024) in Yıldız Palace in Istanbul.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the ceremony held for the opening of Yıldız Palace as a museum.
The highlights of Erdoğan's statements were as follows:
“We revived the Yıldız Palace as a result of the 6-year restoration work carried out by our Presidency of National Palaces. Yıldız Palace, one of the historical symbols of Istanbul, opens its doors as of today. The happiness we experience today is due to the hard work of many of our teachers and experts. Without their efforts and efforts, this beautiful work could not have been restored to its former glory.
